Quiet hotel, 4 stars. We had a penthouse apartment with a view to street. Having a shower, hair dryers and terry robes was a bonus.

The staff was extremely friendly and the sumptuous breakfast was provided. Compact, non-smoking room, loved it. Upscale hotel in a central location. Besides, the area was downtown, next to an arts theater.

Cool hotel, bright rooms. Lots of supplies in the room: a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area and a seating area. I loved staying here, the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was fantastic base for exploring Rochester, loved it. They made my stay wonderful! Good service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

Its breakfast certainly could have been included.

We truly enjoyed people and staff, the hotel had absolutely everything we needed. A handy kitchenette had an electric kettle, a fridge and an oven. Personnel KIND. No reason to complain and would want to stay there again, the place is dope!

Everything was perfect, loved my stay there. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area and a sitting area were available in my superior apartment. Bathroom was large. Also, amtrak was 2 miles away from the hotel:)))

Fantastic base for a 2-night stay. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and an oven were available in the room. Moreover, free Wi Fi was great. We appreciated our coffee with goodies at starry nites cafe.
